What makes Point and Click Staging different?

We provide affordable rental furniture room packages.  We do not provide staging advice or consultations.

What is the Point and Click Staging delivery area?

Our warehouse is located in central Denver and we serve the Denver metro area.  We have a flat delivery/pickup fee regardless of the number of packages you rent based on your zip code.

All zip codes starting with: 800, 801, 802, 803, 804, 805.

Why should I stage my home?

According to the 2017 Profile of Home Staging from the National Association of Realtors, 77% of buyers’ agents say that staging makes it easier for buyers to ‘visualize’ the property as their future home and 62% of sellers’ agents say it decreases the amount of time a home spends on the market.

Can I visit a showroom or see the furniture before I rent?

In order to keep costs down, Point and Click Staging does not have a showroom.  If you have questions about our furniture or décor items, please contact us at info@pointandclickstaging.com.

What does “White Glove Delivery” mean?

White Glove Delivery does not mean our delivery crew wears white gloves.  It refers to the special handling they provide.  This includes the transporting, unpacking, and assembly of furniture and décor items.  Our delivery crew also inspects each item when it is delivered and picked up.  They will  place items at your direction in the rooms of your choice.

What if furniture or other rental items are damaged?

The renter (you) are responsible for any stains, damage or excessive wear to the furniture and rental items.  Fees will be assessed for any damages upon pickup.  The maximum replacement value of any single item is six times the monthly rental amount for that specific item.

Who is responsible for insurance?

Point and Click Staging is insured from our warehouse to the delivery. Once in the home the homeowner is responsible for insurance to the home and furnishings.

How can I help with the delivery process?

Please make sure our delivery crew has clear access to the rooms in which the furniture will be placed.  Also, please have a clear idea of where each furniture piece should be placed.  Our delivery crew members are experts at delivering furniture.  They are not necessarily experts at where furniture would look best in your home.
