Our warehouse is located in central Denver and we serve the Denver metro area. Delivery is FREE in Metro Denver. There is a $100 delivery surcharge for areas outside of Metro Denver.

- Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to set up a white-glove delivery date and time window. Our deliveries are Monday – Friday. (You can request Saturday with an upcharge fee.)
- We have a 3-hour window of time and will call you with a 30-minute lead call so you don’t have to sit around waiting on us.
- We will place all the furniture for you and we use felt feet on all hard surfaces.
- You are responsible for hanging art work, making beds and of course placing décor items the way you think it best to showcase your listing.
- We make every attempt to ensure that all deliveries go smoothly and without incident, however we understand that accidents do happen. Any damage caused during delivery or pick up must be reported to PCS within 24 hours of delivery or pick up. After that time the responsible party is liable for the condition of furniture.
- Homeowner is responsible for arranging for elevator reservation/pads/etc. as the building or HOA requires.
- For apartment buildings, if there is not a truck dock homeowner must make sure parking is available.
- We do not provide furnishings in occupied homes.
- The stager, real estate agent or homeowner must be present for the delivery.
- When you are ready to schedule pickup, fill out the online Pickup form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do require 7-day written notice to get the removal calendared.
- We charge up to the requested Pickup Date.
- We have a 3-hour window of time and will call you with a 30-minute lead call.
Damage to Staging Items
- The Responsible party is responsible for any stains, damage, excessive wear to furniture. Fees will be assessed for any damages upon pickup.
- Items that are damaged beyond repair will be charged at full replacement cost. This cost will NOT exceed 6 times the monthly rental price for the damaged item(s).
- If there are any signs of bedbugs, we will NOT pick up furniture and responsible party is responsible for full replacement fee of furniture
- PCS is insured from our warehouse to the delivery. Once in the home the homeowner is responsible for insurance to the home and furnishings
